Shipping Policy
Each order can be shipped only to a single address, specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped within 3 working days of the order date. However, during festivals, sales, or other unforeseen circumstances, it may take up to 5 or more working days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, RAYDEAN Eco Ease uses only reputable courier partners.
While we attempt to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
All orders are shipped with an invoice from RAYDEAN ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED. In case you do not receive an invoice, you may contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp or email (details below).
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
Our shipping partner ensures reliable delivery, and shipping charges are free across India, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. A COD charge of ₹99 will be applied if you choose this payment method.
Important: If a COD order is not delivered due to refusal, incomplete address, or unavailability, the ₹99 COD charge is non-refundable.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order and check the approximate delivery time and current shipping status.
The available payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid options. Please note that COD is not available for all pin codes.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact RAYDEAN Eco Ease Customer Service immediately with your order ID and images of the product. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund promptly.
If you believe that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our Customer Support with your order ID. A replacement or refund will be processed immediately.
