Return & Refund Policy

At RAYDEAN Eco Ease, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a free replacement will be provided if the product qualifies under the warranty terms and conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1800 309 6205 or WhatsApp us at 92160 31091 before using the product. The return process may vary depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for Return

  • A Original invoice copy is required.
  • An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery, clearly showing the shipping label and MRP label.
  • A packing video before dispatching the return-to-vendor (RTV) product is mandatory to ensure smooth refund or replacement processing.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product and it goes through our fault checking/detection process, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 7 working days, and the amount will be reflected in the next billing statement.
  • Net Banking/UPI: Refunds will be processed directly into the bank account used for the transaction within 7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of bank details from the customer, within 7 working days.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy applies to products purchased within the territory of India and is extended only to the first end-user customer. Please retain your original purchase invoice, as it is mandatory for claiming any warranty service.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Warranty is non-transferable and valid only in India for the first purchaser.
  • Covers functional parts, such as motor and electronic hardware/firmware, for any issues arising from manufacturing defects.
  • Includes repair or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of RAYDEAN Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • External accessories such as cables, remote controls (including their batteries), and mounting kits.
  • Plastic, rubber, glass, paint, or aesthetic parts are not covered under warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear, product rusting, or corrosion due to environmental factors.
  • Transportation and handling charges for repair or replacement will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Shall Be Void If

  • The serial number is altered, removed, or defaced.
  • The warranty-void sticker is removed, altered, or destroyed.
  • The product is used for commercial purposes or not as per the User Manual instructions.
  • The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized service centre.
